- There are some products that, due to their technical/physical characteristics and returns suitability, cannot be returned. These include: all Pipe Lengths & Coils, Liquids & Sprays, any bespoke/special order products. For further clarification, please read Trading Terms & Conditions.
- Please email us at to request a product Return Authorisation Number, including date of purchase, web order number and the items you wish to return. All inbound deliveries to our warehouse must be documented in this way to be actioned.
- We will then send you an email acknowledgement containing a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
- Once the goods have been received back, we will check them for their perfect re saleable condition and take them back into stock.
