Directions for use

These slow dissolving tablets give continuous chlorination. They are designed for use with a chlorine feeder unit which will only accept small chlorine tablets or a floating dispenser.
When feeder device is low, top up with tablets following the manufacturers instructions
Ensure tablets used in the feeder are of the same chemical (Trichloroisocyanuric acid). If other materials have been used previously, wash out feeder thoroughly before adding tablets.
Check chlorine levels regularly with a Test Kit and maintain a chlorine residual of between 2-3 parts per million (mg/litre) in swimming pools and to 3-5 ppm in spa/hot tubs.
Check pH value regularly with a Test Kit and maintain a level of 7.2 to 7.6.

Spa Shock Chlorine is highly effective at destroying contaminants (such as bacteria and body oil) from your spa water
Shock or Super Chlorination is necessary when first filling or re-opening your spa
It’s also good practice to Shock treat your spa water every 2 weeks or more if your spa is heavily used

pH Minus

Directions for use

Test the pH of your pool or spa water daily. The pH of your water should be maintained between 7.2 and 7.6.
If your test kit reading indicates that the pH of your pool or spa water is higher than 7.6 add pH minus at a rate of 10gm per 1000 litres of water (e.g. if your pool contains 7000 litres of water add 70gm of pH Minus). One heaped teaspoon holds approximately 9gm of pH Minus.
Pre-dissolve in a clean plastic bucket filled with water.
Ensure that circulation system is running when adding pH Minus.
Slowly pour solution into water immediately above pool or spa return inlet.
Test pH daily and repeat dose until test reading indicates pH has been reduced to 7.4
Never add product when pool or spa is being used; do not allow pool or spa to be used for 30 minutes after adding pH Minus.
